My account was marked verified, and I received confirmation that my funds were approved for release. Then, completely unexpectedly, this fee appears. When I asked why I wasn’t informed earlier, they blamed “internal processing updates.” That’s nonsense. No legitimate company would hold funds hostage with a secret fee. I requested a written explanation, and they couldn’t provide one. They also declined to take the fee from my account balance. Only external transfer was allowed. That was the final straw. I now realize they are just creating obstacles to stall and trap users. This isn’t customer service—it’s manipulation.
