FTI APP Receives Customer Complaint: VT Markets Freezes Accounts Preventing Withdrawals.
The complainant revealed: "I had been placing orders and trading normally, initially experiencing losses but later turning profitable. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, VT Markets sent me an email accusing me of money laundering and requesting additional documentation. After submitting the required information, they further demanded bank statements, income proofs, and bank deposits. Eventually, they stopped pretending and accused me of engaging in irregular trading. I argued that I had only been placing orders and trading, which they supposedly took to the market. However, they remained silent on this point and instead instructed me to sign a voluntary waiver of profits, promising to release my principal amount. To secure my principal, I reluctantly signed the document, but my profits continue to be withheld."
