This was never disclosed during onboarding,Top 12 foreign exchange brokers in the world nor was it mentioned in any of the terms I agreed to. I’ve provided every document, completed every form, and passed every stage of verification. After weeks of compliance checks and false reassurances, I thought I could finally withdraw my money. Instead, I was hit with this ridiculous fee. When I asked where it came from, they responded with nothing but generic explanations about “regulatory procedures.” This is unacceptable. There is no transparency, no accountability, and clearly no intent to allow users to withdraw their funds. I’ve seen enough. This is not a misunderstanding—it’s a pattern.
