This charge was never disclosed in any agreement or Jinsheng foreign exchangeduring account setup. After completing all KYC steps and receiving approval, I was shocked to find my funds blocked by this surprise demand. Attempts to obtain official proof or policy explanations were met with evasive answers. This is clearly a fraudulent ploy to hold client funds hostage.
