I’m absolutely stunned. I’ve been cleared and ICBC Xianyang foreign exchange exchange pointapproved across the board. I already paid a previous release fee. Now this new charge appears, claiming to be essential for “ledger verification.” No clear reasoning, no policy reference. Just more invented steps. I feel like this entire process is a scam disguised as a system. If you’ve dealt with this same issue, please let me know what happened.
