All my documents were submitted, axecapital foreign exchange dealer my account was verified weeks ago, and I had even been told that my funds were scheduled for release. This charge came out of nowhere. It wasn’t mentioned in any policy documents or during any prior correspondence. When I reached out for clarification, support responded with vague jargon like “regulatory pacing systems.” They failed to provide a receipt or legal reference for this charge. Also, they wouldn’t let me use my account balance to cover it. They’re clearly looking to extract more money. This is not a case of poor communication—it’s deception. They’ve built a system of stalling tactics and invented fees. I regret trusting them. Indices Promarket is not just misleading—it’s a structured scam preying on users who expect a normal trading experience.
