This completely blindsided me. When I signed up,How to set up stop-profit and stop-loss for mt4 mobile version there was no mention of such a fee. I’ve already gone through all the verification steps, submitted personal documents, and even received confirmation that my account was approved. Then, out of nowhere, this new fee shows up—conveniently timed right after I request a withdrawal. I reached out to their support team asking for clarification or at least documentation proving this fee is real. All I got were robotic, vague responses like “this is standard policy during closure processing.” That’s not an answer—it’s a stalling tactic. I strongly believe they’re making up fees to block users from withdrawing. It’s a strategy I’ve now seen others report too. The pattern is obvious: lure users in, let them trade, then trap their funds behind fake charges. This platform is not what it claims to be. I now see clearly that Igenuis Trade is a scam, and I deeply regret ever trusting them with my money.
