My account was approved swiftly, and I even funded it without any issues. This "withdrawal processing enhancement" fee emerged only when I initiated the transfer of my balance. It's a clear breach of their initial promises and feels like a deceptive practice to retain funds that are rightfully mine. I'm utterly frustrated by their evasiveness and lack of transparency.
