I never agreed to this fee and State Administration of Foreign Exchange foreign exchange declarationcan’t find any documentation about it. I asked for a breakdown or invoice—they couldn’t provide one. Instead, I got a copy-paste message about “policy enforcement.” It’s a joke. Every time I get close to accessing my funds, they push the goalpost further. This isn’t about compliance—it’s about preventing withdrawals. I feel helpless and angry. MARKET MINDSPLT may look legit on the surface, but it’s nothing more than a sophisticated scam designed to exploit users.
