Nothing about this was mentioned in the agreement,Puluohui foreign exchange official website and I’ve already submitted everything they asked for. When I pressed for details, they just said it’s a standard part of the “international payout protocol.” What does that even mean? The longer I stay on this platform, the more made-up fees they throw at me. I honestly don’t know if this is ever going to end. Has anyone been successful in getting their money after paying such a fee?
