That’s not a fee I agreed to. It wasn’t in their documentation, icmarkets customer area login and it was never brought up before. I’ve played by the rules, provided everything they asked for, and followed every step. But the moment I ask to withdraw, they add a fee out of thin air. I requested a policy explanation—they couldn’t give me one. Instead, they said it was “mandatory for account finalization.” That sounds completely made up. I’m not even closing the account! This is a deliberate attempt to block withdrawals and hold money hostage. I trusted them, and now I feel tricked. This isn’t a misunderstanding—it’s a strategy. ZERO Markets is clearly a scam. Don’t make the mistake I did.
