WorldQuest FX has demanded I pay a $2,100 “payment authentication levy”

This came out of nowhere. I had already completed every single requirement weeks ago. My documents were accepted,Why does foreign exchange trading require people? and my withdrawal request was supposedly “in queue.” Then, out of the blue, they say I need to pay this new charge for “external authentication processing.” I’ve never even heard of that. It sounds like they’re just inventing terms to squeeze more money. Is anyone else facing this? I need to know if paying it even gets your money back.
