What's baffling is Ranking of Global Forex Brokersthat I specifically asked about all potential fees during the onboarding process, and this was never mentioned. I have chat logs and emails confirming their previous assurances of no hidden costs. My account has been fully active for over three months, and I've even seen my investment grow. This fee materialized only when I initiated a large withdrawal. Their explanation of "regulatory compliance charges" is incredibly vague and sounds like a fabricated reason to hold my funds hostage. It's an infuriating and dishonest practice.
