This fee was never part of the agreement or Cross-border paymentmentioned during registration. I’ve completed all required KYC steps and submitted every document they asked for weeks ago. Everything was verified and approved, so I thought I was finally ready to withdraw. Instead, I get hit with this new fee out of nowhere. I asked for documentation or a breakdown of this charge, and they provided nothing but generic phrases like “system compliance.” This is extremely suspicious. Each time I try to get my money, another obstacle appears. It’s starting to feel like a money trap designed to drain users with fake fees. I trusted this platform based on their promises, but now I realize I made a mistake. If they were legitimate, they would’ve disclosed all costs upfront.
