This fee was never part of the agreement or Swap transactions explained in plain languagementioned during registration. I’ve completed all required KYC steps and submitted every document they asked for weeks ago. Everything was verified and approved, so I thought I was finally ready to withdraw. Instead, I get hit with this new fee out of nowhere. I asked for documentation or a breakdown of this charge, and they provided nothing but generic phrases like “system compliance.” This is extremely suspicious. Each time I try to get my money, another obstacle appears. It’s starting to feel like a money trap designed to drain users with fake fees. I trusted this platform based on their promises, but now I realize I made a mistake. If they were legitimate, they would’ve disclosed all costs upfront.
