Westock Broker did just that. This fee was never disclosed during registration or top ten foreign exchange platforms regulated by fcain any agreement. After completing all KYC steps, I expected a smooth withdrawal, only to be stopped by this surprise charge. Customer support failed to provide any official proof or documentation when challenged. This is a fraudulent move to keep client money locked and extort payments. Beware of this platform.
