I reviewed all their terms and Broker market and market maker marketconditions, and there was never any mention of this fee. My account was approved weeks ago, and I completed every verification step they required. Suddenly, they are blocking my withdrawal, claiming this payment is mandatory. When I asked for proof, they ignored me and continued sending scripted replies. It’s obvious this is a delay tactic and a way to steal funds from traders. I trusted them, but now I feel scammed.
