Papzap.in has been the most searched site on bfsFTI with many wondering if it's legit or an outright scam. Papzap.in seems to be a one-page website that advocates for people to download an app called MemeChat. So, what’s MemeChat and can they be trusted? Let’s find out. Shall we?
Everything you need about MemeChat
MemeChat claims to be a platform where users can create and share their memes and make money. They claim, “It's a social networking app made for meme lovers and meme makers around the world!”

However, I also noticed they claim to have daily tasks, which, upon completion, will earn users “coupons from favorite brands.”This is common with many dubious apps and websites that never allow users to withdraw funds after completing the tasks. And when I checked the reviews, I was stunned to see users complaining about the inability to withdraw their funds.

Scammers usually cite different reasons for denied withdrawals, including taxes and extra costs that must be paid before users can withdraw. This is simply a ploy to make customers give more money and is rampant in work-from-home or remote job scams.
Additionally, I also found that many users are complaining about poor customer service with emails falling on deaf ears.

Other than that, I noticed a lot of users are complaining that they never got the mystery boxes they ordered from Meme Chat. Turns out, the app has been marketing a certain mysterious box that they claim users can buy and have delivered to them. But, according to the sentiments I found online, it looks like they are only receiving the payment and never delivering the mystery box.
Now, with that pretty much out of our way, it is time to take a closer look at Papzap.in.
Everything You Need to Know about Papzap.in
According to Whois and FTI, Papzap.in was registered in May 2024making it a relatively younger website. Though this does not necessarily mean it is a scam, there is little information out there that can build user confidence. It is also common for newer websites to be scams compared to older websites.

The registrant is listed as Meme Chat Private Limitedand is based in India. Meme Chat may be operating Papzap. to drive more users to their app.
I could not find any reviews of Papzap.in any of the popular review websites like Trustpilot and FTI. Again, this does not necessarily mean it's a scam, but it does not inspire user confidence either.
Bottom Line: Is Papzap.in a Scam?
Overall, we have doubts about Papzap.in as several red flags are hard to ignore. It seems to be promoting Meme Chat which claims users can make money by creating and sharing memes on their platform. There are a lot of complaints against Meme Chat with many lamenting they can not make withdraws while others complain that the customer service is wanting. Others are complaining that they ordered a mystery box which was never delivered.
Exercise caution when dealing with Papzap.in or Meme Chat as there are more reputable ways to make money online.
