I’ve already completed all steps,MT4 official website download including identity verification and full document submission. This new fee was never disclosed at the time of registration or during the verification process. When I asked for clarification, they vaguely said it’s required to “align account balances.” That explanation makes no sense, and I’m starting to suspect that they’re inventing reasons to delay withdrawals. Each time I get closer to receiving my money, a new charge pops up. It’s exhausting and feels like a well-orchestrated trap. Has anyone else had to deal with this?
