The European and American fxfee was never disclosed during onboarding or in any official communication. My account was fully verified and I assumed withdrawals would be hassle-free. Instead, this unexpected charge blocked my payout. When I requested policy evidence or any official documents, I received only generic, scripted replies. This is clearly a scam strategy to trap funds and pressure traders into paying undisclosed fees. I feel cheated and warn others not to trust this platform.
